What are Overseas Civizen Voters?

Person who who is eligible to vote abroad as a citizen aged 19 or older(including a person without residence registration) who is not registered in Korea

ex)permanent residents and etc.

※  The person who applies for overseas voting for the 20th National Assembly Members Election dated on April 13, 2016 and is registered in overseas citizen voters list can attend the polls without additional application.
