Noh Jeong-hee, the Chairperson of the NEC, people with merits and their family members, and the NEC commissioners participated in the event; the program included the anniversary video, award ceremony for the people with merits who contributed to developing election culture, and the commemorative speech by the Chairperson followed by the video of the award recipients’ remarks.

She also mentioned that the NEC will do its utmost to improve and implement the election systems in a direction where various opinions can be communicated and exchanged for our society.

In addition, she said that she hopes that voters keep in mind that they are the owners of the country and we will be able to see a beautiful and harmonious society through beautiful elections beyond fair ones with everyone’s efforts and interests in elections.
